FACILITIES

Most of the production equipment is less than five years old and is fully CNC operated. Upgrades are continual with the latest addition being a twin spindle, twin turret, gantry loaded turning center. This machine is only a few months old and already the second unit is on order. It has allowed us to comfortably comply with our customers price containment and reduction programs. We also are in a global market and intend to be a strong competitor.

Current machinery includes 54 work centers comprised of the following:

• 9 CNC lathes
• 3 CNC mills
• 4 CNC gear hobbing machines, 1 CNC gear shaping machine
• 2 CNC cylindrical grinders
• 1 CNC bore grinder
• 1 CNC gear tooth grinder
• Gear inspection instruments, also a Nital Etch lab
• Gear tooth chamfering and rounding machine
• 4 Manual gear hobbing machines
• 7 Manual gear shaping machines
• Gun drilling capabilities, 25MM diameter to 1250MM deep
• Various support machines and processes including manual lathes, drills, mills, broaching machines, tool sharpening, and heat treating.
