SPUR & HELICAL GEARS

Our gear making focuses on spur and helical gears up to 400MM pitch diameter and AGMA class 12 with elements of class 14. Splined parts can be up to 400MM in diameter, with lengths to 800MM but usually are in the 50MM by 150MM range. These products are used mainly in off road construction vehicles along with packaging machinery, printing machinery, recreational vehicles, and in association with another shop, NASCAR high performance transmissions. We are happy to have our products in the top ten constantly and the winners circle quite often.
